Exported JSON files
If you used Export file, the downloaded backup remains in your device's Downloads or Files folder. Delete that file separately.
YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICE
The app keeps its entries in local storage on the device where you use it. Follow the steps below to remove them there.
IMPORTANT LIMIT
The deletion link opens these instructions only. Because the policy website is separate from the app and has no connection to your device's local storage, it cannot remove Challenge Counter data for you. Deletion must be done in the app or in your device's browser/WebView settings.
IN THE APP
Use the same app installation or WebView where you recorded your challenge.
Go to the app's Settings screen.
The app will ask you to confirm that you want to remove its saved data.
The app removes its local saved state from that app container on this device. This action cannot be undone unless you have a backup.
No account or email request is needed for local deletion in this version.
COPIES OUTSIDE THE APP
If you used Export file, the downloaded backup remains in your device's Downloads or Files folder. Delete that file separately.
Copies that the operating system, browser, or host app backs up are managed separately. The in-app delete action cannot remove them.
Challenge Counter stores data locally. If you used it in more than one browser profile or app container, delete the saved data in each one separately.
Importing a backup restores data. Import replaces the current Challenge Counter data with the content of that JSON file. If you want the data to stay deleted, do not import an old backup.
A CLEAR ANSWER
No. The current app stores data locally and has no server account or deletion-request system. This website intentionally does not collect a request or ask you to send personal information. Use the in-app deletion control or clear the relevant local storage on your device.
Not necessarily. Storage behavior depends on the host app and operating system. Check the host app's own privacy information and device settings; remove any exported files or backups separately.
The current HTML app does not encrypt its localStorage contents itself. Protect your device and avoid storing sensitive notes on a shared or unlocked device.

It covers what the app stores, what it does not collect, and how backups work.
